Do you transact with Finastra India? Please note you should email your invoices to AP mailbox instead of using the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Purchase orders

Finastra operates “No PO No Pay” policy. Suppliers must therefore not provide any goods or services without first having received a Purchase Order (PO).

The details provided on the PO document must match the goods/services that are being provided, and the supplier should check all details before providing any goods/services to Finastra. Any discrepancies should be raised immediately with the department or individual that requested goods/services. Discrepancies in PO details may cause delay or prevent the processing of associated invoices.

The PO must be addressed to the correct entity of the supplier’s organisation. Finastra is unable to process invoices if the company entity/address listed on the invoice does not align with the one on the raised PO.
Suppliers must also check the following details are correct (where applicable):

  • Quantity
  • Unit price and total price
  • Order currency
  • Unit of Measure
  • Product code
  • Description of goods or services
  • Requested delivery dates
  • Delivery address
  • Payment Terms

Electronic invoicing

From Go-live, Coupa will become the only means by which you will receive your purchase order and will be able to invoice Finastra. Our aim is to drive digital innovation and achieve 100% touchless and paperless transactions and we need your support to make this happen. 
Supplier should note that invoices sent by email or in paper format will take longer to process unless they are exempted from the process.
